CoopStar Travel offers a variety of vacation packages for: Families, Couples, Friends, Girl's Trip, Guy's Trip, Solo or any other trip you can think of.
*Some air only options may be available but may have a booking fee.
It is up to you. You can pay for everything upfront or book your vacation with a deposit. The deposit requirements and rates are set by the resorts and the tour operators we book through. All payments are made directly to the resort or tour operators.
Most vacation packages require that you pay the balance 45 days prior to your arrival.

We recommend being ready to discuss: budget, dates, times, destinations and number of guests. We understand that you may not be prepared with all the answers, but budget and dates can help us create a proposal a package that you are comfortable with. You may also use our questionnaire to help guide you.
Travel insurance or Pre-Departure Protection (PDP) is highly recommended to protect your investment. Travel insurance protects you from losing this investment. Perhaps even more important is the ‘during travel’ coverage and assistance that comes with the top-flight insurance companies we carry.
Trip interruption due to illness or unforeseen circumstances can be very expensive, and medical care abroad is often not covered by domestic insurance plans. CoopStar Travel can also assist you with obtaining coverage.
*There are some countries that are beginning to require proof of Medical Insurance
CoopStar Travel makes all of your payments directly to the vendor ensuring that all your payments are applied to your vacation package. We also provide you with booking, reservation, or confirmation numbers to confirm your reservation. These numbers can always be verified directly with the airline, hotel, resort, etc. for added comfort.
In addition, we partner directly with known, reliable providers in order to maintain a high standard of quality service.
Call us right away during our normal business hours. If it’s after normal business hours or you need immediate assistance, please contact the next involved travel supplier (airline, hotel, tour operator, cruise line, etc.) to cancel any reservations you will not be able to use. If you purchased third party travel insurance, please contact the insurance company’s 24-hour line to start the cancellation process and ensure your maximum refund.
